hi i just joined like a week ago and i wanted to know how to rate members and their comics. One of my comic series has a 7.5. and i have 3 votes but no stars are there.

To rate comics and other members you need to donate.  As far as th star rating under your name, that means three people have voted you bad; if at least one person voted okay or good you'd see at least one star.

I'm not sure if this is a trap or not, but I took the bait.

Here's how I rate members:

Under 5" is too small.  Over 8.5" is too big.  Everything in between is great.  Cut/uncut doesn't matter. 

I started to write a detailed "how-to" for Josh, but then I realized that he said "rate", not "rape".
