Over my time here I've noticed we don't have some particular types of characters on the stripcreator. So as my gift to everyone who uses this site I would like to present some of my own works, here are some I have edited and made transparent just for the occasion:

What do you think? I've listed the details underneath each image so that you can know as much about them as possible. I have also listed the name I would like them to have if they do get used on the stripcreator. My Beeko character only faces to the left because when I do a mirror image of it, it doesn't look as good, I touched it up a bit too (the hair, the lips, the shading and the stomach). I would prefer the characters to be in a single category when there are enough.

All images have been drawn by me personally on regular windows paint and converted using both windows paint and IfranView. I have made sure that the images are the required size or below the required size and each image has taken hours and hours to draw, edit, convert, upload and post. 

I will make more and post them every now and then. Until then, let me know what you think of these ones.

I LOVE the fox.

I like Shakespeare and the vault.  A word of advice about backgrounds: it's best to have them extend a little below and to the right of the area that will normally be visible, for when people use too much text and stretch the panel.  (Can't tell at a glance whether you did that, but I'm assuming not.)

I dig the bank vaults, the Shakespeares, and would dig the bear/fox if they were facing to the left or right (to interact with whatever character is in the comic with them.) I think they are very usable. Kudos!

I took in to account what you said evil_d, and I came up with a background that is simple and over the maximum width and height, I'm sure if it would get used, Brad could do what he seems to have done with some of the other submitted art and make it grow to it's full extent as you put lots of text in. More Art Contributions. I'm working on remaking a comic series called "Apartment 2B" I've made on this site. So these characters and backgrounds were originally made for both stripcreator and the comics I'm making. I've tried to change my style a bit so that it looks a lot better.

Love this one. May work better without the word "Psychiatry" in the wall picture, just have it say "Degree" or whatever (or jiggly lines so it looks like it says something, but it doesn't, like it does below the "Psychiatry" line)... doing this will make the background less "niche," so it would be more appealing for people to use in all kinds of situations. Just my .69 cents worth -- plus tax.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Here are some more backgrounds and characters made for my recreation of my Apartment 2B comic series and converted to the correct sizes and formats to be used on stripcreator. I also took what you said bryce and made an updated version of the Reception background. There are a few white bits around the characters as I am still trying to master the Ifranview converting process.Starting with the characters-

Use Irfanview to resize your images as well - make sure to draw them at least 300% of the final size, save them from paint in .png format, open them in irfanview, ctrl-r to open resize menu, then shrink to 250x350 (or whatever you're aiming for). That will remove the jagged lines that look like you've resized in paint. That's all I did for the image above, and it makes a big difference.

And always work in either .png or .bmp format when using paint, only convert to .jpg from irfanview, or you get the distortion. Also keep perspective in mind in relation to the various characters used on SC (if you want them to be considered for use here) - "Frontdoor" won't work once you put people in front of it because of the angle (try various characters too, some have cropped legs like mine, others like the cowboy are full figure, etc...).

And if you want to see any of your stuff appearing on SC you'll want to avoid doing anything that's either too similar to the things already available or that's too specific (doctor's surgery is good, but I can't see too many people needing a bank vault or the Australian flag. We also have plenty of rooms, a bar, a clock, etc...).

It's a new tehnique I'm trying out. Draw it up and colour it in using macromedia flash player, copy it and paste it into photoshop, then just make it transparent and resize it and stuff. Plus the drawings turn out a lot better than my others in my opinion.
