The obvious play here was to do a contest about pranks as this is April 1st, but since we just did a contest on hoaxes, I thought we should try something else.

I think this may have been done before, but if so, oh well.  I want to try and make sure that everyone knows that whoever wins this contest wins because of the comic and not who made it.  So...

Rule Number 1: Create a brand new free account with a new username of your choice.  This will be the account that you use to create your comic and enter it here in an attempt to make it as anonymous as possible.  (I know, the concept that you can have multiple accounts, or that people would actually do it, blows everyone's minds).

Rule Number 2:  Comics entered will have something to do with identities.  Stolen identities, secret identities, whatever works for you.

This will have to be on the honor system as I will have no idea who really won until that person reveals themselves in the end and anyone could technically claim to have made that comic.

That's it.  Given that new accounts have to be made to enter, I'll give this one two weeks before judging.

Not necessarily.  Only the winner could provide you with the correct username and password for the sockpuppet account.

I don't think there's anything wrong with redoing an idea from more than a decade ago.  Mostly I just wanted to show off my vast knowledge of Stripcreator trivia.
