I know, right? What the hell was that?
ASW was weird, but whether you like it or hate it, one thing you have to give it is that it was unique. It has a style and a voice unlike any other webcomic I've seen. And it occurred to me, you know, we could do a half-decent parody of it with the tools we have here.
So, the rules for this contest are pretty simple:
No characters, no props, no dialogue. There must be three panels and at least one of them must have narration.
Your goals are twofold:
1. Mimic ASW's style.
2. Be funny.
You don't have to do both of those things, but you have to do at least one. The strip that does the best job of meeting one or both of those goals will be the winner.
I'll judge this around, let's say, Thursday the 18th.
