Between dealing with the customer retention people at my local cable company trying to keep me from switching services and the non-stop argument I've had with my boss for the last two weeks, the thought of quitting things has been on my mind a lot lately.
I also remember the time in high school when I tried to quit a job and I was told I couldn't because nobody ever quit before. It is still the most absurd conversation I've ever had. I finally had to tell my adult boss that she won and I wouldn't quit, but she shouldn't be surprised if she never saw me again. I might still be employed there, but they stopped paying me, so probably not.
I would like to see comics about people in situations they can't quit. I would also like to see funny comics.
I'll give it the usual week or so.
