Russia was banned from officially competing in the 2018 Winter Olympics because the entire country's Olympic program had become embroiled in a state-sponsored doping scandal.  Some athletes, however, were allowed to compete under a generic flag.

Surely the country's athletes were appropriately chastened by this measure, and stayed scrupulously clean throughout the games?  Haha, no, of course not.  One of them even tested positive for drugs after being photographed wearing an "I don't do doping" shirt.

What's your reason to hate Russia?  Is it because they undermine democracy in other countries?  Because they outright stole part of another country and got away with it?  Maybe it's because of the Great Purge?  For me, it's because they're always spamming my web sites.

The more reasons you have, the better, because then you'll have more to write about in this comic contest.  Tell us how you really feel, as long as how you really feel is that Russia sucks.
