Since there was some popular demand for it at the end of contest 17, we're going to have a contest about trading cards.
I can think of two kinds of trading cards: the kind you play games with, and the kind that give you statistics on sports figures or the like. Your job is to fabricate trading cards of these types (or any other kind of trading card you can think of). I hope we'll see plenty of cards for Stripcreator regulars/characters/props/whatever, but I won't limit you -- make cards for anyone or anything else if you have a good idea. Remember that these cards usually have two sides, although you don't have to show both if you don't want.
Try magiclore.com or magicthegathering.com to steal some pictures of Magic: The Gathering cards. I'll try to research some more sites for source images and post them later tonight. If you know of any, please share. Of course, as long as you can draw a rectangle, you may not need them.
Enter early and often. If you don't have a place to post your images on the web, e-mail them to me or take Gabe up on his offer of free space. This contest will run for approximately three and a half days. Judging will take place Saturday night at about midnight, EST. Sometime after Cowboy Bebop and before Outlaw Star.
