Just like clockwork it's time for me to take a break from the internet again. I do this every once and a while and the reason I'm doing it now is that my search for awareness (to be here and now and to get out of my ADD fog) has come to a halt since I came back online in May.

In theory, I should be able to to just cut back on my online time, but in reality, I am much too weak for this. So I want to go cold turkey.

I'll be back in 2 to 6 months or so, hopefully employed. Hopefully skinnier. Hopefully happy. And most of all, hopefully aware.

The thought occured to me that not having internet or email access when I'm pursuing a job may not be the brightest idea.

So I'll still be checking my email from time to time if anyone wants to write and say howdy or your provincial equivalent. :)

tis a sad sad thing...It reminds me of the indian crying when the whiteman came.

My home computer is officially dead, it died last night.

Which means that I have lost 95% of my internet access, and wont be able to (get enough money to) fix the problem until some time after Christmas.

I will be trying my hardest to rectify this problem, and I should still be able to compete in the Tag Team Cup.

But we'll see.

I'm especially sorry about Nate's, since he's been waiting for a long time, and got skipped over when I did Drexle's. Sorry mate. Stay in touch via IM/email and I _might_ get it done for you in the future some time. Same goes for everyone else who is in the queue.

Regarding the Select-a-Fave threads, someone else will have to take over, assuming enough people are interested in keeping it running. The regs page is now 100% Gabe's, so chat with him if you want to be added or want to change your details or picture.

Oh, Brad, in case you were wondering - all the submitted art is now public domain, so you're free to use it as you see fit.

I wish I could explain why I am doing this, but it's just too messy and emotional and stupid and personal...

well, the world certainly does suck. last night my new asshole boss forced me into leaving the department i otherwise love working in, and now i found out that the world's cutest and most loveable aussie is flying the proverbial coop. in short, fliegende kinderscheisse.
