The government needs to end poverty.
In 1964 we declared a "War on Poverty"
In 1968 13% of Americans were poor
From 1968 to 1980 we increased social welfare payments by 400%.
In 1980 13% of Americans were poor.
Welfare doesn't work.

Employeers don't have the resources to verify citizenship status.
In 1997 the government implemented "E-Verify" its free, 99.5% accurate and only takes 5 sec to get results.
Ok so they can verify, but wouldn't costs go up?
Only about 6%, so vegies for a family only goes $8 a year, and since most spend more on alcohol i doubt anyone will notice
What about the restraunt industry? Wouldn't everything go up greatly?
Nah, Labor makes up 30% of a restraunts operating costs, and it would only go up 4-6% which by the way is less than your tax on it.

So you see that our government is "watching out" big companies right?
Yeah, big whoop our company is doing well.
Well, we are gonna go with "we are not doing well."
But, what about our salaries, they will have a tight fist on everything we do though.......
Who cares about your salaries, ill still be getting hidden bonuses.
So what your saying is, you would rather be ran by the gov't then being able to decide whats right for your employees

Socialism is great! All for a bigger goverment!
Doesn't a bigger government mean more taxes?
Ya but you get that money back in services.
What if I don't want those services?
Too bad your paying for them anyway! HA HA HA
Well isn't that a downer, other people using my money. What happened to the church providing those services?

Well the new health care system for this hospital says the pay has to be cut.
Is yours being cut?
I can't go much lower. I'm still paying malpractice insurance and my student loans, but don't worry the goverment will help you out!
hmm... maybe they will pay my student loans, since I don't make as much now.

Certain types of speech should not be allowed posted online despite "Freedom of Speech".
All speech is free no matter what is said.
There is plenty on the internet that our children should not be reading/seeing.
That is regarding our children can read due to the messed up school system, but even then put up child blocks.
What about the lies that are posted all over the web about people.
If you can prove what is posted is slander, take it to court other wise the government could just remove anything they want even if it is true.
