So the new program "features" a price increase?
Well its more of a reduction in your gross margin. The silver lining is I make more money for the same unit volume, so we both win.
Wow, this guy is a total putz...just wait until I fill out that customer satisfaction survey...
Sooo...I'll interpret your awkward silence to mean your ready to go out there and redouble your efforts to sell our products! Go get 'em tiger!!

You know I was standing in your show room for an hour staring at rollerskate bearings. I thought we had a firm appointment today at 9:00AM.
My Thai massage lasted longer than usual...I had a good month you know what I mean?
Okay..whatever. Now that your here lets talk about your POS reports. You know you can send them with or without coversheets....you just need to send them, ok?

Tom, I'm not sure about how well that went. Maybe I could have been a little nicer.
Did you self actualize mutual convergent business interests? TSM3 minus TSM2 equals TSM1. Its all about metrics , Maloney!
