It says here the ED wants us to develop a "culture of evaluation".
What the heck does that mean?
Well, being more open to inquiry about our programs, and learning from our mistakes.
MISTAKES? What mistakes? My program is squeaky clean! I have nothing to hide!
It's an evaluation Bob, not CSI.
I'd better wipe my fingerprints from the filing cabinet...
