thursday, i don't remember. friday, plasma +51, cbd hemp 25. had a date but they cancelled, as i pretty much expected. tommy got his package.
saturday, 5 boxes to fnb. errand for mom. doing laundry. she got mail from code enforcement so i paniced, but it was nothing. only found two boxes on way home. could go back at night for box 3.
sunday. didn't get out of bed. monday 3 trips to mom's accountant, the bank, grocery store, found a carpet.
mentioned to mom that tommy and i are getting married. she's ok with it as long as its at a methodist church.

tuesday i barely got out of bed. put some rugs in the garage but they smell like cat so i have them outside in the rain to air out. need to google how to clean cat from rug.

wednesday plasma +51, found 4 boxes. grocery shopping for mom. finally found some ramps (a kind of wild onion) at the store, not on my nature hike at the state park.
got emails from my state senator about my sign case, and from the publicity director at the dmv about their video policy. so progess, baby steps. caught part of my lawyer zoom from a donut shop parkin
parking lot. next i need to mail a box to hawaii. and call tommy. he sent my mail so i need to stop by the bank, and adjust my taxes.
got offered 27K for my oil well, which i will pass on. it used to be worth twice that, but oil is down these days.

thursday, i became a great uncle. leo augustus. i made a list but didnt get much done. paid a credit card and deposited a check. paid the water bill. got two quotes for sending a package to hawaii.
drove around wilmington, stopped at trolley square, did not get a drink at logan house. i washed those rugs but they need more.
i cleaned my windsheild wipers with dw-40, a tip from youtube. it helped. bought gas $44 and vermouth $8, because mom wanted a martini but we were out of vermouth.
so the plan is i'll pay two bills and do another cle and maybe call tommy.
paid a parking ticket $140. did a 2 hour cle (continuing legal education seminar)

friday. up before noon, long drive to newark. plasma pay increased 18% to $60. took 7 boxes to food not bombs, and will take more tomorrow, so maybe i will get the garage cleaned a bit.
i told a story on reddit and linked to here, so i will copy that in the comments below. fixed dinner for mom, read her dear abby like every day, sorted the mail, brought in the trash cans.
i have one more bill to pay from yesterday's list, and i should check my list and see what i need to do next. shower, 2 emails, call tommy, plan wedding, outline complaint in sign case, go through
stack of mail, write down the timeline of the bmv dispute. review my taxes now that i have my w-2 and 1099s. clean the bedroom.
that'll do for a start. i figured out i need to wash the rugs in vinegar to reduce the cat smell. i should check when my sister is coming to visit, so i can do some cleaning first.

saturday. i took half the boxes in the garage to food not bombs, trying to get it cleaned up a bit, but then i found 8 bags of easter candy at a dollar general so it's cluttered again. didn't buy
anything at goodwill, but i bought a flowering purslane at a nursery. i went for a drive on rt 9, after checking it on the map. also got groceries at shopright.
went home, unloaded the van, activated my plasma card, which has $600 on it, soaking one of the rugs in oxyclean and bleach.
other than that i haven't done much today. i am behind on my list, and need to write emails and memos.
i think i'll go plant some seeds in some trays i got today. then maybe i'll get to writing?

today, tuesday, i went out and picked up eye medicine and groceries for mom, $125 reimbursed, and i made a few calls to the state department about my passport denial that i got today, plan is to
write a letter. dmv is going to call me thursday. i haven't written back yet to my state senator's funky, i should get ont at. and call tommy. and go ride a bike before dark.
it's been mostly youtube videos and reddit all day otherwise.
i kind of know that sunday and monday were choc full of adventures, but i don't remember what they were. oh, i took mom to the dentist, bought a cradle from a thrift shop for my grandnephew, and drove
to new castle and back. it's possible that on sunday i mostly stayed in bed?
i got the senior discount at acme because it's tuesday.

i sent 2 emails to keep my cases moving along, while in the chair doing plasma. watched 2 movies. all for now.

otherwise just reddit and youtube so far. i should work on a memo. been watching the weird fruit youtube channel. he travels the world making videos about interesting fruit - it's a hobby of mine too.

took a shower. need to clean my room, sort boxes, call tommy, maybe clean that rug again.

saturday. took 10 boxes to food not bombs. went to brandywine high school that was having a flea market. ran into my state senator who i've been emailing with,
and we had a nice chat, which may lead to progress in what i'm asking her to do.
sunday i found 5 more boxes. i'm trying to clean the garage before my sister gets here. found rolex and cartier cufflinks.
monday tesla reports its quarterly earnings, so there may be an online party.
i emailed a church to see if i can rent it on july 4th for a wedding.
i planted garlic and otherwise got little done, nice drive. skipped church.

the supreme court accepted cert in a new york case about concealed weapons permits. it will be heard next year.
this morning the court heard argument in a koch brothers case about disclosure in california. koch is going to win, 6-3.
also there was some case about guam and superfund that we didnt listen to.
tonight tesla announces 1st quarter results.
meanwhile it's sunny and 64 in cicinnatti. back to you charles...

monday i did not get much done from the list i made yesterday. didnt call all those studies, or draft a memo.
but i did some grocery shopping, ran an errand for mom, and spent over an hour cleaning my room. not finished, but started.
i finished a cle, listened to supreme court oral argument, caught the tesla quarterly report video.
i'm about to call it quits for the day, take a bath, maybe check the mail or call tommy.
if i clean off the bed and the floor tomorrow, i'll be pretty much done and ready to start the garage.
cleaning my room is one of my least favorite tasks.

tuesday, i slept late, cleaned the garage, started cleaning the bed, made 4 phone calls, wrote no memos, booked a screening in missouri for a $2900 8 day study for may. 1 box dumpster dive from tj.
took mom out to dinner at our usual.
i should clean my floor and the van next. tomorrow plasma, zoom, call tommy, work on 4 letters.
i lost my title vi case about bmv but gained an ally in their deprtment, can keep working that one. need to write my sttae senator again, two issues in nebraska, draft de complaint, contact local
counsel. so that's goals for weds. we'll see. today was the first day it was uncomfortably hot. so it's late spring now. oh i found some flowerpots and might plant tomorrow.

wednesday plasma, cleaned a little more, mom's on a et's go out to eat kick this week so we went to the diner twice and the bistro twice.
thursday my sister came so that's been nice. got 2000 meaningless internet points when i posted a picture on my cleaned room on a subreddit i moderate.
i took most of the stuff in the garage to food not bombs, more tomorrow. i wrote 3 or 4 emails, the ag's office, my state senator, haven't done the passport one yet.
tomorrow i will head towards indiana on my way to missouri. paid electric bil $500. spent an hour on the phone with the bank trying to pay $1000 on my credit card and it didnt go through so that was
annoying. but i'm trying to keep up on my bills and some of my responsibilities. like i should get an oil change.

i have the car full of groceries that i have not unpacked yet.

2030 miles. $300ish. 4-5 days. just made it home to delaware.
did not get into study in st louis. boxers and briefs outside cahokia is defunct.
however, on tuesday while i was gone, mom fell.
left full, came back full, all different stuff.
so that's 1200 deductible from gross income.
i am going to take a break from studies til after the wedding. just did plasma -$60, so i missed dinner. unloaded van, did laundry, unloaded box from amish discount warehouse $20.34.
twenty dollars = $20.oo.

friday i found a playpen and car seats. and did plasma. wait no, got deferred for a week, low iron. blood pressure was fine.

i feel like i haven't made one of these in weeks. i was stoned, after a drive through illinois. since that ran out i've been smoking cbd hemp. it adds to my tendency to lose focus and not keep up with
daily projects, such as daily comic. today i sent some emails re my delaware case, left a message for tommy, made pancakes for mom, took a bath.
i could do the laundry tonight and get a haircut tomorrow. i haven't done anything about getting a car.
just watched a 60s sitcom, pete and gladys, with harry morgan.

i didnt get much done today. vegged out on youtube videos while hitting my empty pipe.
still, i managed to get a haircut $16, fix mosticoli for dinner, 2 dumpster diving trips on my bike, oil bike chain, next i'll take a bath to wash my hair and soak this pain in my back.
maybe later i'll work on 2 emails i didnt get done sunday. yesterday i talked to tommy, it'd been like a month.
i have a few bills to sort out, that can be my plan for tomorrow. cleaned my room a little. found a moldy cup so it needed the cleaning. got the plants on the back porch only partly sorted. running
dishwasher now. so tomorrow buy a car, sort out bills, send emails, clean up plants. tonight trip 3 to a dumpster. a bar is remodeling and i have my eye on some stuff once the workers leave.
i took a bath and put in the first load of laundry. 8:30 and i'm tuckered out, but there's more to do.

wednesday i didn't get much done. slept late and missed my lawyer's zoom meeting. 2nd one this week.
but i: bought more limeade but forgot a box of raisins, so i guess i'll go back. bought a $2 coffee/coke can just to try it, not bad. cleaned under my bed to try to find the mailbox key, which turned
up 6 inches from where it was supposed to be. sorted mail, paid a bill. went to ups to print off a letter. emailed a story to electionlawblog.
i am mailing the state attorney general at her home to make sure she gets it, which is somewhat provocative. trying to cut through the runaround i've been getting.
got load 3 of dumpster diving, a bunch of kitchen implements. will go back for load 4. mom's insulin is ready at the drug store so that's my next trip.
did not buy a car, pay my bills, or even make a better list, but it's been a good day so far.

friday night. today i watched "almost famous" and probably a couple other movies. my sister's boyfriend came by and dropped off greek food, so i dont have to rent a car to take mom to the greek fest
tomorrow. so i booked an appointment for my second shot, so i should set the alarm. wednesday i had 2 cups of coffee, and i've been up till dawn since then.
i've lived here since august and this is thre first time i got a cider from the microbrew place across the street. $8.
then i went to the grocery store for 4 things, got three of them, $50, fine for drunk shopping. load 5 of my dumpster diving was gone when i went back for it. that can happen.
i made a minor edit to the wikipedia page for citizens united, and wasted time on reddit and youtube.
did not write either of my sign case emails from my to do list of a week ago.

monday. 9 calls to my bank, could not get through to a human. 4 attempts to pay my electric bill, finally went through. $1040.
that reminds me i should do my taxes. did not do the things on my list for today. i'm supposed to print off, fill in, send in, a form to my senator so he can help me with my passport. and a couple
emails re the sign case. i got the garage light back on. i am trying to buy a car from some guy on craigslist.
jeanie and zach and liz and their baby are coming this week so i will be able to go back to indiana once i get a car. so i have a lot of cleaning to do.
dentist appointment tomorrow for mom, taxi has been called.
sent tommy $50 because was broke already... he doesn't handle money well.

time to make a new list. got home before the rain hit. so it felt like a productive day.
my sister, nephew and nephew in law (?) might get here tomorrow so i'd better start cleaning. for now it's dinner time. that just means reheating meals on wheels, make a cup of tea, etc.

i need to print my letter to the passport office, but mostly i have started cleaning my room, and tomorrow the garage. fnb, scrap run, dinner reservations....
tonight tesla is having its plaid reveal event. they increased the price $10,000 last night and i didn't have one pre-ordered.
let's see, i put the booze in that box, clothes can go in this box, then kitchen gadgets in that one... busy day ahead.

my mechanic says i bought a lemon, the trasmission is shot. so i don't know if it will make it over the pa turnpike; i might have to turn around and come home instead of making it home to indiana.
my room is cleaned out. i'm almost ready to pack up and go. trivia event tonight, nephew gets here tomorrow.
i'm not sure if i'll be able to pull off the wedding by july 4th, might end up postponing. one thing at a time.

it's three days later. i still don't have power. i have paid the bill and told them twice the power is off, so maybe they will get on it, or not.
can't reach anyone by phone. still, relaxed weekend, hitting up one coffee shop after another.
i bought a honda lawn mower to go with my honda van. maybe today is the right day to go do plasma.
i'm in no hurry for most tasks. been doing some research on my sign cases.
tuesday. did plasma $100. they were rude but i can tolerate it.
electric company will give me power within 3 days. spending my life at coffee shops.

today i finally got my electric back on, which was an ordeal, but it's done. cleaned the fridge. bath. laundry. emailed tommy. groceries. "fixed" the power steering with honda steering fluid. put the
new plates on. cleaned the house for a hour. killed a mouse.bought moosetraps. applied at hooters. got rid of some fees at star bank by telling them to close the account. $1200 there.

saturday. found the power cord. haven't found the shoe. cleaned for 3 hours. three loads of dishes, trimmed the front garden, swept cobwebs, turned the fridge on, several loads of trash, sweeping,
i'm on a break at the library. i guess they close soon, maybe i'll go downtown and wander around. i entered my car expense data. yup, there's the closing soon announcement. so all for now.

today i was washing dishes till past midnight, slept slightly, went to church - pastor eddie puts on quite a show. cleaned up the back yard. $6 coffee $60 hardware. new 24hr hardware store, has dogs,
friendly, on mass ave next to the new bottleworks place wher ei got some fries. caught inthe rain twice today. no food not bombs at it's usual spot, and the library was closed. stopped in a gay bar to
get out of the rain.
good dumpster score, 120 eggs and some veggies.
i'm trying to find an open recycling place for these 4 containers, mostly wine bottles from my hobo roommate.

i didnt get much done yet today. $94 phone. so i have a new number that i don't know yet. paid a credit card, $200, so that i would have less cash in my wallet. did plasma $50. scrap yard was closed,
or i don't understand it's covid procedures. i will go to the other place maybe tomorrow. i'm headed to hooters to try to ask about the job.
3 of the last 5 supreme court cases of the season came down this morning.
fascinating 11th amendment case, if you're into that sort of thing. new jersey lost, 5-4.
thursday will see the last two, which is when i do plasma again. i'm thinking i will switch centers soon, not loving this branch.
the court rarely goes into july; thursday is july 1. did i mention i postponed my wedding? need more time to line things up.

wednesday, i didn't get much done. zoom call with the lawyers went well. then tommy suggested if i turn the router on and off, the internet might work, and it did. so i'm catching up online
instead of running errands. cleaned the fridge and oven more. killed a mouse. looked up that NOM case and found the flaw that makes it not controlling.
tomorrow is the first, 2 big cases coming down, then friday is first friday and tesla quarterly report.
sink on the back porch leaks. i'm getting a longer list of stuff to fix around the house. new phone works. gradually stuff is coming together.

friday i didnt do much, except i went out to a gallery for first friday
the supreme court handed down its last two big cases for the year. in bonta, it added a "least restrictive means" test for disclosure cases, which is huge for us disclosure nerds.
saturday i went back and bought some gin and tonic in a can, which is a neat product i've thought of before. -maybe- i'll drink one tonight but generally i haven't been drinking at all.
sunday i met with my pastor but didnt get a chance yet to ask him if he'll do the wedding. today is july 4th and i'm not in philly with my family, and i didnt get married today, it's put off until
more details get worked out. it's kind of too hot to do much housecleaning.

tuesday i did plasma, $60, went to two law libraries, didnt find what i was looking for. made a little progress on my amicus brief.
it was too hot to wash dishes, so i mostly lay around all day. scotty stopped by and told me about a dumpster score at the church across from the land i sold him. and maybe i'll check the food bank
dumpster. tomorrow i should print, and fill out the server application for the comedy club.
i forgot to go to the county fair which ended a couple days ago. i forget most thing i plan, which is my i make these lists and these comics.
oh i forgot to call mom and tommy, although i did charge my phone. oh and i put tape over my license plate where it says in god we trust.

i overslept and didn't get much done, but i did plasma $59, washed a bunch of dishes, took my waiter application down to the club and gave it to ruthanne.
josh springer, who is pretty much running the open mike night by now, asked if i would do three minutes so i did, and i got laughs and had fun. i told the amish joke again, and the story of how i told
it yesterday at the first church of cannabis. tommy says the wedding is off for a while, and that's ok.
i made an appointment at the law library, and i found and cooked some bacon and eggs so i i'm having that for dinner now.
i bought a toy zebra for $1 at the plasma center so i have something to squeeze which makes it go faster.
the plasma center is like the irs in a way. they don't take all your blood. just enough so you keep coming back.

i've been distracted by a battle online, wher ei've set up a new subreddit after some of us got unfairly banned. but i dont count that stuff as to do list items because the points don't matter; that's
where i hang out for fun.
tomorrow i have a picnic at the weed church and otherwise i have the day open. maybe i'll do some laundry or work on the amicus brief.
i went to the picnic, donated some stuff. bought an air conditioner, $55. found some dumpster stores. killed mouse #5 and a cup of flies.

dinner was a biscuit, a mango, some goldfish, iced coffee.
monday night i got 40 yogurts from the food bank dumpster. tuesday i didn't get much done, but i:
did plasma +55, got coffee $2, fluids for the van $21, printed off the passport release form for my other senator, but it was too late to deliver it tonight.
mowed some more of the back yard. researched the amicus but i don't seem to be writing it, and i still haven't sorted the mail.
took out trash. the ant baits seem to be working. mouse count is up to 10. washed a couple dishes.
so i will take a bath, then maybe sort mail or work on expanding the brief outline. i need to get it done and in the mail soon. tomorrow i have a zoom call and then weed church. thursday i will have
plasma and standup. but my schedule is pretty open and fluid. i still need to make a better list.

i seem to be the only person still making comics at stripcreator. probably no one reads these. but making them helps me a lot. i'm organizationally challenged.
i didn't get much done yet wednesday. zoommeeting went fine, and the weed church.
i added fluids to my van, we'll see if it helps. $6 bug stuff at miniwalmart. $2 funnel. $3 smoothie. dropped off the form at the senators office and got a lecture about how it won't help.
senator schumer introduced a bill to decriminalize weed, good for him. i don't smoke, but legalization is a lifelong goal.
the brief is going slowly and i still haven't sorted he mail or made a better list or cleaned the kitchen counter. killed 1000 more flies.
bought fly swatters, fly strips, and mousetraps.

thursday's going pretty well. i sorted some of that pile of mail. i had lunch at the strip club, $15, then plasma +55, and i made progress on the brief. fluids did not heal the van, but it's still
driveable. i need to clean off the kitchen counter, order a bucket of bug powder, call tommy, make a better list, revise the brief.
tonight i'm going to the comedy club and i'll probably do 5 minutes.
i promised them the origin story of how i became the arbitrary aardvark.
last night i applied for a $55k a year law clerk job. i won't get it, but even applying is more than i do most years. i got it in an hour before the deadline.
i should write up a setlist in case my mind goes blank when i step onstage.

saturday i decided to stay home so i could work on the brief, which i did not do. i mean i stayed home but didn't work. mouse #13.
sunday i went to food not bombs, ate. whole new crew since last time over a year ago.
i went to a craft fair, $10 for a wooden box i don't really need, then the all night hardware store for bug stuff and cleaning supplies. $27.
i noticed a saw i bought at a yard sale, and cut down 7 small trees in the back yard that grew over the last 3 years. i can be pretty handy at times, not more than 20 minutes a week.
found matching sconces in a dumpster. i'm not handy enough to wire a sconse.
now i'm home and can pretend i'll work on the brief tonight. it's probably been too long anyway.

monday. i could have gotten a free washer and dryer from a house that was being remodeled, but i was focused on my list, and it was gone when i went back an hour later.
i closed one account, got fees taken off another. $20 gas off my plasma card. trivia night is last night. not tonight like their web page says. i'm starting to build a social calendar of stuff to do.
the dow was down 900, but my main stock went up slightly. no progress on the brief and it's getting dark. killed some bugs.
i should make a better list. swept a little. housecleaning is going very slowly.
tomorrow is plasma and scrap yard. maybe visit my mechanic; i have a fluid leak.

on tuesday i didn't get much done. around 3 i dragged myself over to the plasma center, +$55. i didn't go to the scrap yard or the barber shop or the mechanic. i made a few notes on the brief.
i get more done while giving plasma than all day at home. not sure why.
tomorrow i have a zoom meeting and the weed church and it's put out trash day, and i should call tommy.
i killed mice #14 and #15 today.
i already have enough food in the house, but i'll probably do some midnight shopping tonight.
i need to clean the kitchen counter and pay two bills and go over my old lists. i looked at some jobs and some cars for sale, didnt find anything. had no luck fixing the toilet. oughta hire a handyman

wednesday i didnt do all the things on my list, but i had adventures. my zoommeeting wouldn't open. haircut $12. weed church, i donated a lightbulb. got a tip about a tuesday night comedy show, went
and checked the place out. open since 1879, decent crowd. in the bathroom they had a photo signed by frank, sammy, peter lawford, deano, and joey bishop,
of that last scene in ocean's 11. so i like the place already. i might do my elvis impersonation.
i checked 5 dumpsters, got a box of meat, a box of misc, a box of live herb plants.
i got 4 phone calls today, brian and tommy. i never get phone calls. tommy is setting me up with sheena, who needs a place to stay. and brian is going to drop by.
so the house might go from empty to full soon. or not. killed mouse #16 and bought more mousetraps.

thursday's settling into a steady routine. plasma $55, mow the lawn, do some gardening, go to the comedy club, work on the brief while i wait for my set,
do 5 minutes, went fine, check the food bank dumpster load up the van, come home unpack it.
both fridges are full so i could stop now, if i could stop. talked to tommy, he's gonna try to find a handyman.
sheena hasn't shown up yet. her myspace looks ok. i'm getting a crush on this one standup girl; i'll have to try to be friendly not stalkerish.
i still haven't paid the bills, cleaned the kitchen counter, sorted the rest of the mail, or done a second draft of the brief.
need to buy towels, check the mailbox, go to the bank, make a better list.

i didn't get much done friday. went to the bank, post office, dollar store, goodwill, starbucks. $10. paid 1 bill.
i google places to go out to, but then i stay home.
i dumpster dived some books and some fruit and 6 sandwiches.
but mostly just reddit all day and youtube videos of old country singers.
saturday i went to the hendricks county fair. fun. good diving on the way home.
sunday i washed some dishes, piad texas taxes and the water bill, swept the stairs took out trash. shortly i'll go to food not bombs. i should unload the van. tonight maybe laundry.
