today i got my plate renewed at the bmv, $71, caught a halloween parade, $5, stopped by work but they didnt need me, cast a provisional vote, did some dumpster diving,
and shortly i'll go donton to see if i can get a ticket to bert's show at market street arena, whatever they call it this week.
i should be unloading the car more than i have done so far. having coffee instead.
bert is the main reason i do standup. i try to catch him live once a year when the tickets arent unreasonably high. i killed a mouse today. the house is overrun because i slacked off for a few months.
i found cookbooks and food and drinks and scrap metal and clothes and a humidifyer. i should call tommy. and wash more dishes and get the kitchen ready for tomorrow.

saturday bert's show was pretty good. $60.
sunday i hurt my back, maybe by picking up a box of canteloupe. now i can't elope. it's been hard getting out of bed. i'm ok as long as i dont bend over.
monday i went to kokomo, food and rent for tommy.
tuesday i worked and it went ok even with my bad back.
for wednesday i made a list, and did a few items. p o box, bank, plasma, found food, got $300 off my plasma card. did the lawyer zoom thing. i should go buy some mousetraps. i turned in the affidvat
that goes with my provisional ballot. they had no clue, but got it sorted eventually. the local bum who breaks into my car broke into my car. i should keep it locked.

thursday at 5 am the racoons were being noisy, but when they started cooking breakfast i thought that was a bit much so i got up and it was my friend bj dropping in unexpectedly.
i went back to bed and didnt get much done all day.

so now it's friday and i'm going to get up and go do plasma after another cup of coffee.

friday i did plasma, put money in my credit union, got an $11 haircut at a new place, went to bed early, was up much of the night.
saturday i mostly did not get out of bed before dark, but i activated my bank card, paid indiana taxes and texas taxes, killed two mice, and might go do laundry.
some useful research online but no new writing yet.
i didnt do the dishes or clean the yard or go to the book sale or call tommy.
i just now realized that i forgot to go to first friday last night.
sunday i worked. monday i didn't get out of bed.

tuesday i worked. they fixed the broken sprayer. i spent the night obsessively checking election returns.
wednesday i didnt get much done. there was a traffic jam so i got there 8 minutes too late to do plasma.
i got three boxes of groceries, almost bought a computer at walmart, almost bought a pair of shoes at discount shoe warehouse, can't find my phone,
got grits and coffee at a diner while they closed up around me, $10, went to an open mike night i've been invited to perform at just to check it out. $5.
i can hear a mouse nest building in my room. time to move the traps around.
instead of working on a brief i'm just going to check more news stories.

house 118 gop, 113 dem, a few seats not yet counted. senate 51 D, 48 R, 1 runoff.
i haven't done one of these in while. it's monday 11/22/22 and i'm trying to be productive, so this is on my list. well it's past midnight. i had some coffee so i'm up and wired.
i got up too late for the scrap yard and the bmv was closed when i went. so i didnt do my list for the day. but i: did plasma, paid the electric bill $118, paid $60 on a credit card, still owe $180.
got gas $15 did two loads laundry, tried to scare away a possum. need possum repellant. re-read my anonymous v delaware case, emailed the lawyer. looked up election results, my friend got 28%.
the paralegal says it'll take a week for them to send me a letter i can show to my credit union, well she wasn't that definite.
since my last comic i worked a couple days, i bought a van, brian left for colombia, scotty stopped by with his new volvo, i had a bunch of adventures i no longer remember in detail, which is why i
need to keep doing these daily. kokomo and back. big fight with fnb via facebook, hasn't gotten physical yet. odd letter from KC.

tuesday i made a 10 item list, did two of them so far. i went to the bank, went to the other bank made another payment on my credit card. it took 2 trips but i got my title plates and organ donor card
at bmv. now i'm exhausted so i won't go do standup. i went to the club, worked on my brief, talked to some dancers. one of them gave me her card. that's good marketing.
i'm not gonna fix the window tonight or clean the yard. i got a box of food. i should call tommy, take a bath, wash some dishes, sort some boxes on the stairs, make a list for tomorrow.
wednesday i worked 6 hours, took 4 boxes of food to the weed church for their thanksgiving meal for the homeless. i am not doing fnb until some issues get resolved.
my check engine light is on and blinking so i'll need to see a mechanic or maybe the car will die. i have the van now.

today is monday. i have a week to catch up on, but i'll start with monday. i did plasma, got a box of groceries, paid off one of my credit cards, did not get to my po box, did two loads of laundry,
put away laundry. i listened to oral argument in a scotus case about wedding web pages. i got removed as a moderator at /r/supremecourt in a coup, so i'm kind of sulking over that.
the place where i did standup on wednesday is being shut down and auctioned off. anybody want a brewery?
i can't find my phone, so my alarm didnt go off, so i forgot to wake up and get in my bids for a trucking repair shop auction. nothing i had to have, but there were some bargains.
yesterday, sunday, i went in to work at 4 like usual, forgetting they wanted me there at noon. and i can't find my phone so i missed their call. so i got the day off which was kinf nice. worked on
cleaning up scotty's room. he does some, i do some, it's getting there.

today is wednesday. i'm going to bang out a quick comic so i dont miss another day, although i still have't done a catchup one about the week i missed. i just missed my weekly lawyer zoom.
the oral arguments in moore v harper went longer than i expected. i have time to run to the post office, then i'm going to work today after missing sunday.
tuesday i mopped scotty's room and took out trash. i worked 6 hours, got in some deep cleaning. i sorted some mail and found a $150 ppay card from a year ago so i spent $148 on my electric bill and
threw away the card with 5 cents left on it. i had almost tossed it as junk mail. i got a credit card approved that will get me a $200 bonus after i spend $1000. i'll put it on my utilities and county
taxes. i went to the bmv with my passport to try to get a real ID, but was refused because i didn not have proof of a ssn, although they already have that on file.
i wrote to the bmv legal team about how they are lying about the effective date of real ID, which has been postponed for another 2 years.

had an ok set tonight. link above. made a 10 item list for the day, did part of one of them.
i sorted papers for 3 hours to find one with my social security number and went back to the dmv right before it closed.
showed them i had all the needed papers on their list but they turned me down again, and didnt know how to start an appeal, so i went to a coffee shop and sent a request for a hearing.
i cleaned the filter in the fish tank again and gave them some new water.
i got some encouraging messages on reddit where i've been venting about my various problems.
see, tommy and i might have broke up last week. we had a fight and we're on a break and i lost my phone and havent talked to him since then. so i'm stressed.

friday i had trouble getting out of bed, so i was the last one at the plasma center at 6 pm $50 before that i went to a different bmv branch and got my real ID with no problems except a long wait, $9.
so anyway last tuesday night after work i went up to kokomo to help tommy's mom move, because i missed his email saying dont come, and my phone was off because it wasn't charged and the bill wasn't
paid so i missed his calls. well, he wouldn't open the door, ghosted me, so i called and he told me to go back to indy, which i did, in a pouring rainstorm, the kind where you have to pullover because
it's not safe to drive, and my gas gauge broke and started saying i was out of gas, so i thought i was going to be stranded halfway home with no coat, but i made it home, and we haven't talked since,
but i consider us broken up at the moment.
i had a few other adventures that week but that was the main thing.

saturday i didn't get out of bed. sunday i worked. tommy has confirmed by email that we are broken up.

so i will readjust to being single. simpler this way in some respects.
i have made approximately no progress on briefs and memos this past month.
tomorrow i want to buy a new phone and do plasma and get some paperwork ready for kc's deal, which he will probably not cooperate with, but i should have the paperwork ready.
work tonight was petty busy with some christmas party buffet thing. i brought home 4 buckets of food and have no one to share it with.

monday i didnt know it was columbus day so the bank was closed and i missed plasma by 1/2 an hour, but i got a phone, mousetraps, and did laundry, but that's all i got done.
tomorrow i just need to do plasma, po box, bank, install a window, clean the yard, go to the scrapyard, write a power of attorney, and clean the stairs.
not all of that will happen.

paid $560 on house taxes, $240 on electric, $90 on internet.
tuesday, so far, has been relatively productive in doing things on monday's list
i tried and failed to install the storm window over the drafty stained glass. po box, new credit card came. paid 2 bills but then it stopped working, might try it tomorrow.
met with the banker. it went ok, and i sent him some docs, but still need proof of home insurance. i did plasma +50 and paid the intenet bill. charging my new phone.
put away laundry took out trash installed 6 mousetraps, mouse count now 24. plan for tonight is to hit big mike's open mike at cancan.
i found a first draft of a power of attorney for kc, and found out i still somehow own a small vacant lot on 16th st. oh and they are assessing my $7k shack at $100k.
ok, it turns out the tax bill for 16th street is $2k for a $200 bit of land, and they have been sending the tax bills to my house that burned down 8 years ago.

wednesday i had a bad cold so i told chef i probably shouldn't work but they kind of insisted. so i was worn out and got up around 5 today, thursday.
i still got a few things done. 20 minutes cleaning the yard, that's all i can do until my back hurts and tells me to stop. bought gas $20, 2 drinks $10, had an ok set, forgot to hit the record button.

made some notes on justice brennan about compelled speech, which he was against but the brennan center is for. the brennan center is a new york based outfit that was an amicus against me in one of my
compelled speech cases about disclaimers.
i had coffee at the show so maybe now i can be productive and work on a brief or clean the stairs.
but first a hot bath, and often after a bath i lose energy and just veg out. we'll see.

friday i paid $100 on my newest credit card, $100 on the internet bill, made 50 at plasma, spent $50 on my dues to the black lawyers group, listened to justices brennan and marshall,
wrote a tort claim to BMV, which i haven't printed out yet. found a box of bags of chips.
stopped at a diner for coffee and a biscuit. went to the gurdwalla sikhing for dinner, but they weren't there. i panfried some gluten with garlic and chili ramen spice, and ate leftover pizza.
they didn't pick up the trash this week, so i put that back, and i didnt clean the car or the van or the yard or the stairs.
but i managed to have a few adventures. went to a reception where a black judge got sworn in but didn't talk to anyone, came home to the comfort of my bed and bath.
this creative unemployment is working out ok at the moment.

i hit diablo-1 by mistake. mouse count 25. cleaned the fridge.
today i signed up a new client, opened a case folder, and billed 1.8 hours. this is the new plan, to get back to being a lawyer part time, ease into it.
i've done most of the prep work for this case so i should be able to bang out a complaint and some related documents, maybe get something filed by the end of the year/month.
i wrote to my siblings about the estate, and sent my sister $50 for her project to give her schoolkids aurdino personal computers, so that's my xmas shopping for the year. maybe i'll get some cheap
stuff for coworkers. stop by dollar store.
midnight right now, had coffee. oh i watched by the sea with kevin spacey as bobby darin. was ok.

it's sunday afternoon. i'm waking up, having lentil soup, getting ready to go to work.
i billed two more hours, knocked out a second draft of the complaint, emailed it to the client, made a list of the next 5 documents to write, and slept off and on.

monday i did a couple more hours research. finding adminstrative cases in ohio, then i went to the office christmas party
where i got a $100 bonus and a bottle of jameson's.
so tomorrow i just need to do plasma and go to work and unload the rest of the boxes and get home insurance, but first somehow get some sleep
found the usual 5 boxes of food and clothes at the usual place on the way home, got two of the boxes sorted.
ate the rest of the lentil soup. big storm headed this way they say.
there was a really cute guy at my table but he left before i could say hi.
i had drink number 9 for the year, a not too strong gin and tonic.

tuesday i had 3 things to do: plasma, try to get home insurance, then work. i also dumpster dived a couple shovels from work.
it looks like i cant get insurance, so i can't get the loan, so i can't buy 300 shares of tesla.
wednesday i met eric and kurt for a buffet lunch, $13, gas $20, dollar store $10, donated $5 to our new secretary of state who sent me a chriustmas card.
i hadn't seen kurt in over 10 years, and he used to be a lawyer, so we talked shop. billable hour and a half. nothing at the po box, bills, junk mail.
i spaced out going to the weed church or doing standup tonight, and i will skip tomorrow because snow.
so i have a few days to write.

thursday i did not go do standup because a blizzard was coming through.
for the next few days i huddled up in my room as it got really cold. by saturday the fishtank and the toilet and bathtub had frozen over.
on monday it got warmer and the pipes broke and flooded the kitchen. i got the water turned off for now, but i will need to get a plumber, me and 1000 other people.
the plasma center was closed, and i lost a load of laundry at the laundromat.
i did not do much writing, but i did find a new disclaimer controversy in minnesota and just wrote to some of the people involved after doing research last night.
tomorrow if i get up in time i will try plasma again and then shower at work before work and look for my lost laundry. i am wearing some warm socks my sister sent me.

today, tuesday, i did plasma, $70. went to work but work was closed for the holiday i guess. nothing much at the p o box. got two boxes of groceries i should go bring in.
it got warmer today. my flooded kitchen is drying off. i haven't done anything about cleaning it up yet.
i saw a winnebago for sale on 34th street near shadeland.. maybe i'll go back and check the price.
my social security checks have disappeared, so i should look into that. i seems like they are being electronically deposited somewhere, which i have not signed up for.
so as usual i wasted most of the day on reddit and youtube. paid a bill and checked my credit score. tomorrow lawyer zoom, pay pnc something, call social security, make a better list.

wednesday i got up late and didnt get much done. no one home at the weed church, so i went to the brewery and had a good set, not like tonight when i bombed at crackers.
fell off the wagon at the brewery, had a tonic and lime at tini on mass ave, missed out on getting rice and beans at the bottleworks because they were closing.
thursday i spent an hour on hold with social security so it was quicker to drive down there and do it in person. star bank turned me down for a loan, but i found $900 in a brokerage account at schwab
i will use to pay off the loan i used to buy the van from tommy's mom.
tomorrow plasma and either i'll be working, or there's a talent show at duncan's art gallery i've been invited to.
got a box of groceries and came home. i got a $15 bowl of veggie ramen for dinner at a new place i've been wanting to try.

friday i got up at the crack of noon, did plasma +$50, dollar store $10, gas $20, stopped by work for an hour,
almost cut off my thumb on some broken glass, and i expect it will get infected so i'll need to get some ointment,
had a decent set at duncan's talent show. 8 people. 7 comics and a mushroom farmer. i got her card; she remembered me from food not bombs.
i held my own but the others were good too.
i worked an hour on the motion for injunction while doing plasma, so i need to make some more progress on that, but it's almost bedtime, 3 am.
i watched "my man godfrey" on youtube. quiet night at home with just me, the fish, and the mice.

monday i worked about 4 hours on two new county complaints in the sign cases,
and took 2 hours of CLEs. i paid for them last year but had to wait till now so they would count for 2023. i'll do some more of those next week.
i've barely gotten out of bed for a few days. it's raining now so i dont feel like going out. i'm going to need a bath sometime. i don't work till saturday.
email from tommy. maybe i'll take him to the dentist.
from the noises, there are probably 4 mice living in my room. i did not get out to buy mousetraps or ointment. tomorrow i will do plasma and check the mailbox.
i've been trying to look up holocaust jokes to build a new set for thursday. i mostly find articles saying "that's not funny."

tuesday i missed a phone hearing with the bmv, but i wrote and asked that it be rescheduled.
i got a couple of checks at the post office, so i can pay off one of my cards tomorrow. did plasma +50. bought mousetraps. i'm going to pay tommy's dental bill, but i have two more checks coming this
week i think. i unloaded a few boxes from the van, but that made my back hurt so i took a couple pain pills.
big mike was out of town so there was no show tonight. i got coffee $3. i forgot to buy the ointment at the dollar store; i was parked right there but got distracted. gave food to a beggar, attained
merit. i'll probably go see tommy saturday night after work. i started a new list for the new year. i need to go through the old lists to see what didnt get done.
i didnt stop by the plumber because it was past 6 when i left the plasma center. maybe i should go the gym and take a shower. no, don't want to miss a zoom call at noon.

i spent most of today filing an ethics complaint against some minnesota judges who fined a guy $150 for a sign which was protected speech.
then i went to a bank and paid off my credit card $900. there was no show tonight so i had some lentil soup $6 and came home.
mouse count 38. put out some new traps. tommy called. i am hearing mice chewing on things.
helen emailed. she used to have the room next to mine at the housing coop. was nice to catch up.
the van's fine, but the car won't start. i was going to run it awhile to keep the battery charged up, but it's already dead.

friday i went to the po box, nothing there, dollar store walmart plasma center thrift store, dinner at 3 carrots, first friday gallery, home.
i took a few pictures which i will link to in the comments. watched o brother where art thou on youtube. it is a retelling of the oddesy, which i read when i was 10.
i spent more than the $50 i made at plasma. bought mousetraps. mouse count now 46.
i work tomorrow after having had all week off. i will go in early and shower, my water is still off here.
it was lindy's birthday today and i haven't written yet. she doesn't write back.

saturday. my computer wouldn't charge up. it's charged now. and google didnt want to let my backup computer log on. and then my wifi asked for a password, which it never does, so it took me an hour to
solve that. then i went to work. showered, got a bucket of water to last the week, clocked in.
within a few minutes my back was hurting, but i got through 6 hours ok.
found 3 boxes of food, mostly yogurt and kefir. the mouse count is now 48. i brought in two of the boxes. house is a mess.
i didnt go see tommy tonight because he hasn't gone to the dentist yet, and he would be bitchy cuz he's in pain, and i don't need that.
but i might go this week sometime.

called social security to report my stolen checks. blood test at one of the plasma places that has me on hold. bestbuy wrote down which charger i should order from amazon. got groceries. whoops i
burned dinner again. i can make more. found the thermomenter. found my old phone. found those letters re casey.
made a 9 item list, but none of it is getting done right now. i will try to do an hour of CLE before bed.
tommy went to the dentist on my dime but says it still hurts.

tuesday i woke up by 8:30 but my mind is a blank so i just watch youtube, but around noon i remembered my list, made a 9 item list did 6 of them.
i went to the social security office and they will send my missing money in 10 days. i did plasma, got an oil change, added the van to my insurance, activated my card, had a good 4 minute set
at the cancan. i did not yet order the charger off amazon, or do laundry, and i'm going to let tommy cut my hair when i see him thursday night.
so i skipped the barber shop. i did a boring 2 hours CLE last night before bed and today i got in 1.5 billable hours, mostly while giving plasma.
i did not have time to do my long holocaust set about how i've killed 50 mice so far. maybe next week.
tomorrow i have my lawyer zoom, then maybe i'll work on a memo or a brief, and do laundry, or patch the hole in the stained glass window.

wednesday i did the lawyer zoom, took out the trash, ordered a charger from amazon, spent all day calling customer service at amazon.
tomorrow, saturday, i will go interview at helium. the charger got here today. works fine. i taped up the hole in the stained glass window, sorted some boxes of food.

thursday i got a free glass of pineapple juice from ruthanne for taking out the trash, so i guess i'm a professional now. had a so so set. small crowd.
friday i did plasma, *50 checked the po box, paid a bill $50, joined the league of women voters $60. got $100 off my card. emailed the county to see why they didnt count my provisional ballot.
tomorrow interview, then go by work to see if i work, then go to kokomo to see tommy. i saw help wanted signs on state street, the plastic recycling plant and some other place i can't remember right
now. i don't need a job, but that's a good time to go get one. watched a video by adam ragusea about making fries.

wednesday morning i paid off a credit card with a check i deposited yesterday. in my pocket is money to pay off my other credit card. just barely made it to plasma tuesday.
i don't like being in debt, takes up mental real estate, so i've been waiting on these checks.
i should go out to the van and get the rest of the mail. it was race to post office, bank, plasma, home.
tomorrow tesla 2022 earnings results. the dip is over and i wasn't able to buy more, but at least i didn't have to sell any on the bottom.
earnings call was fun, and the stock is going back up. my banks all turnd me down for big loans last month; i would hav likd to get in on this.
paid off the smaller loans today, $500, so i am debt free and relieved. forgot to take the trash out but it snowed so maybe tomorrow.

friday i was sick so i didnt do plasma. stayed in bed and puked a lot. saturday i didnt feel great but went to work anyway, had a good day at work, got a lot done.
the old lady i work is a machine, she washes the dishes and keeps the machine running, so i put away and sort the silverware and take out the trash, linens, recycling, keep busy, and i washed the big
soup kettle and finished cleaning the downstairs grill, which was untouched from last week when i left it soaking.
today is sunday and i haven't gotten out of bed, but if i hurry i can make it to the new asian supermarket before 9 pm. that would be a fun adventure.
it was a fun adventure! i spent $75 at two stores, and also got about 50 bags of frozen fruit from the tj dumpster.
my usual rule is don't buy food, because food is fungible and i find plenty of it. but my other rule is always try a new food, so i have some new stuff to explore now.

tuesday i billed 3 hours and made $100 opening a bank account, once i mail them a $25 deposit.
i'm waiting to go up at cancan. it's a small room with a big mike. i didnt get signed up to do helium, the bigger fancier tuesday night open mike.
mike's yelling at me trying to get me to move up a row, but i like my seat here.
i have no set ready except 1 oneliner and my catchphrase, but i brought pen and paper and i'll write down a few topics for callbacks. that's how louie does it.

thursday i had an ok set, not great.
friday i couldn't sleep then didn't get out of bed, even though i knew first friday was going on, which i wanted to go to. then again i couldn't sleep til about dawn.
saturday went well. went in a bit early, so i had time to stop and pick up some middle eastern spices from a dumpster. then at work i got a week's food to take home. work is hard but fun.
then on the way home i got about 6 boxes of food at the same location.
coffee, eggs, steak, oj, kombucha, yogurt, cream cheese, way more than i can eat, so it's a problem.
also got some cans of paint from the dumpster at work that i will give to scotty, my former hobo roommate. now i just need to make a plan, clean the house, the yard, bill some hours, etc.

sunday i went to a hipster bar that was supposed to have an open mike, had a rootbeer, but there was no show.
monday i made a 34 item list and made some progress on 8 of them. went and did errands for 4 hours, just got back. not quite dark yet.
i got my blood sampled at a plasma place, po box, $7 equifax settlement check came, called someplace about a vacant lot i want to sell if i can, my bank couldn't send $25 to my other bank, so i will
just mail them cash. bought mousetraps. at 61 mice so far, my house is still overrun. i hear them rustling now. took paint and hams to my hobo friend.
i will do an hour of CLE, wash some dishes, make a new list, maybe install a storm window, unload the van some more.
i do this comic and my to do list blog because i am extremely unorganized and wake up every morning with my mind a blank so i need tools to help me focus.

it's 5:30 am. can't sleep, and i have a phone meeting with a state official at 10:am, so i guess i'll try to stay up, so i won't get much done on my list for today. i did a 1 hour CLE class, sorted
some papers, and read through 6 months of last year's comics, making notes about tax expenses.
i'm too tired now to stay awake 4 more hours, but if i go to sleep i'll miss the phone call.
phone call went fine then i slept all day. deployed mousetraps. did another CLE. found a $260 check in some junk mail.
i'm on the guest list at helium tonight although i don't get to perform, so i'm going to go to that. while i'm downtown i'll look for groceries.
helium is the big fancy club that is killing the club i usually go to. i've never gone up there yet, but i will someday.

wednesday went ok. lawyer zoom for lunch. then i spent 4 hours at a new plasma place, made $80 but i'm on hold till april 5th, so no plasma for 2 weeks while i wait on lab results at my usual spot.
i got offered $4500 for one of my vacant lots, so i will shop that around before accepting. found a rolloff full of canned mocktails, brought home 150 of them.
i got the address of where to take my extra food to, when i went to the weed church. deployed mousetraps, took out trash. mouse count 63.
so that's 3 of my 15 side hustles. i didnt do much on my lists today, but i kept busy.
the zoo is hiring. i wrote down the phone number of a handyman. i think i've stopped for the day, not going to wash dishes or work on my taxes.

thursday's set went ok, not great. i brought the boss lady flowers, and i help light the candles before the show, like some kind of altar boy.
wednesday i went to the weed church. friday i made a short list and did some of it.
i cleaned my room some while looking for a certain envelope that has $1000 in it, didn't find it but found other envelopes.
i cleaned the van a bit, washed some dishes, started my spring planting.
i didn't take the boxes of food to the new place i'm working with. maybe i'll get that done tomorrow on the way to work.
did. then worked 7 hours. i'll be working wednesdays and sundays now.

sunday i didnt get out of bed. monday i deposited $1300 in the bank, did two loads of laundry, got gas, ate lunch at a new place, talked to tommy.
i'm pondering whether to go louisiana for mardi gras. watching youtube videos about antigua, a small carribean island nation.
i need to put away the laundry, and i haven't worked on my billing records, or any progress on my cases.
66 mice. put out more mousetraps. more later?
tuesday is going pretty well so far. lunch at the strip club, wrote another draft of an amicus brief in a san francisco case, 2.25 hours. deposited $610 in one of my accounts that they were going to
close for inactivity. loaded up on groceries so i might go see tommy tonight instead f tomorrow just so i dont have to put all that in the fridge overnight.

well i did go to see tommy that night and bought some weed,so apparently i don't do my daily comics when lost in a weed haze.
wednesday and thursday i worked. friday i couldn't sleep sodidnt get anything done saturday.
today is sunday.worked. did not go to new orleans or laffayette.
brian has a couple of kittens but i'm not sure if they are mousers. mouse count is around 74.
i have billed almost no hours in the last month, and have not caught up my billing records.
so maybe i'll work on that this week?

monday and tuesday i spent bidding on a restaurant stuff auction, and today thursday i went and picked up the stuff, just $95, i got outbid on everything else. bj helped me move the items.
last night scotty showed up late to crash for the night after he had been beaten up by some guy he had been letting stay at his hobo jungle. so i got the case number and should call the detective.
louis ck said nice things about the comedy club but otherwise hates indiananpolis.
i filed a federal complaint against american airlines about an unresolved dispute from 2020. I might be slow, but I don't give up.
i posted that pic of me and xkcd's randall munroe to a relevant reddit thread.so it hasn't been an empty day. mouse count 78.

today, friday, i screened for a local $200ish medical study. it'll be my 54th.
i stopped by the gym where i was going to take a shower, but they wouldn't let me in, so i've sent emails and looked up their policies and such.
vote tuesday for legal weed in oklahoma
i went for a coffee to a place i like. later i stopped into a restaurant, but they didnt have a menu; it was all phone based.so i left.
came home, got online, now it's midnight. paid $100 on the water bill, donated $1 to ij.org, coffee was $4.
i probably won't wake up in time for the farmer market, or bill any hours.

sunday i worked. scrubbed the floor. monday i slept in.
tuesday i looked at a nice little house that just came on the market for 45K. i almost made it to the scrap yard but didn't. po box, bank, 3 boxes of groceries. mouse #91.
found the one charger that works for my laptops. yesterday i kept running out of juice.
i am approved to do plasma again at that one place that pays $650 first month. tomorrow i have a study at the local university hospital, then work.
deposited 200 in other bank, got 30 $2 bills, did two errands at city hall, paid $6 on my internet bill, bought a donut and coffee.
i started to make a better to-do list,so i should get back on that.

wednesday i did my medical study, worked, came home wrote a screed about the 9th circuit getting the san francisco disclaimer case wrong.
thursday, medical study, $25, scrap yard, $17, plasma,$50, bought a suit jacket $17, on my way to go do standup., coffee $2.
i want to drop off my recycling then take some food to the soup kitchen i work with.
i talked to a realtor. there are already 5 offers on the house i wanted. i might put in an offer tomorrow.
there are some jobs with the city i could apply for. food issues, they got a grant.
so that's like 6 of my side hustlesi'm working; it's keeping me busy.

I had a good set last night but as often happens i forgot to hit the record button. I got a hug and a free drink from the owner because I took the trash out, and she agreed to start separating the
bottles so i can put them in the recycling container.
today, friday, went to my medical study where she looked at my arm and took a picture. by next week it'll either go away or form into a pimple, which will determine if i get to do part 2 of the study.
went to a coffeehouse i like, met a supercute barista, ivy. not sure their pronouns.
talked with a lawyer in massachusetts about cowriting an article on citizens united.
met a neighbor who is going to bring me a plumber tomorrow. so that's my day so far.

burned that pile of cardboard boxes. got water from the creek. $3 soda.
saturday my new gardner came and must have done hours of yardwork although his plumber buddy didn't show. i did about an hour of yardwork,

sunday i woke up in time to get to work, new guy is good, worked 6 hours, came home, watched a movie.
monday i had my medical study appointment, $25, but blew it on coffee $2 and an indian buffet $15. then youtube videos.
it looks like i don't make the pimples from the test bacteria so won't be doing part 2 of the study, but it was a quick $200.
i try to cultivate multiple streams of income. so march includes work, the study, plasma, scrap yard, no sales yet from the auction, a couple of the usual checks. stock went up a bit.

tuesday i didn't get much done. i went to my study visit, and took the pill that will clear the bacteria from my system. tomorrow final visit until we do part two in a few months.
i washed a few dishes, cleaned the fishtank filter, drowned a mouse, #96, planted some beets.
while reddit was down i watched youtube videos.slept most of the day again. i rarely get out of bed.

wednesday got up around noon finished my medical study. lunch, p o box, bank, shopping.
work only took a couple hours so i clocked out early, and am off all week.

stuff i dumpster dived today included a dresser, a kitchen sink, a fan, a blanket, clothes, and the usual couple boxes of food.
