| today was more productive. stopped into work, got back on the schedule, will work sunday. nothing much at the po box. dollar store, walmart, got mousetraps and flea/ant powder. killed a mouse. | |

| i've now spent about 5 hours drafting a memo on a case in arizona that i'm arguing got reversed two days later by the supreme court in 303 creative. | |
