After both houses of Congress agree on a bill, it gets sent to the White House to be ratified by the President...
So?
So, why do they call it ratified? Why not call it "catified"?
Why not call it "mouse-ified"?
How about "pussified"?
I think the Republican Party has already claimed that moniker...
