One day Aponi-tolau, god hero of the Tinggians went down to the lowlands. He wandered aimlessly until he reached sea shore.
He reached the edge of the world and saw the home of Taumari-u, the Lord of the Sea.
The maiden guards laugned at him as he approch them. This made Aponi-tolau very angry so he lashed the maiden guards.
Hahahaha!

The hook hit the youngest and the most beautiful among them, Humiratau. She screamed to escape from Atoni-tolau's grip. The magic oil weakened her.
The oil weakened her.
I'm helpless.
A wild uproar followed as the guards screamed and fled the gates. He picked up the maiden and headed back to shore.
In his rage, Taumari-u sommuned the waves to bring back the intruder. The waves lashed at the raft of the mountain warrior.

From the sky, Lang-an knew the plan. She immediately called for the north wind and sent him to warn her son of the impending flood.
Aponi-tolau took his members to the mountain and waited. The flood came, destroyed everything. Humitau cried, she knew she could no longer live in the water after having tasted the mountain food.
Humitau called for help, she implored Taumati-u for help. Despite his anger he called the waves back promised that henceforth he would sink men's boats and drown passengers until. The water subsided.
Help us.
I will sink boats and passengers only until Aponi-tolau's crime would be appeased.
