my life is an open book where's Chapter 4?	there is no Chapter 4 but it says in the table of contents: "Chapter 4: The Priest seems Nice" but the whole chapter is torn out and burned	how could you possibly tell it was burned Chapter 5's called "Burning Chapter 4"
