Lays what out? I hope you aren't using transitive verbs intransitively. How the hell did you manage to get to be the last remaining superpower anyway? I think there's a kind of disparity of knowledge that makes the control easier - exactly why you elect human action figures as governors. As for my being a superpower, I have trimmed my army forces/weapons down to two dogs (a chow and a rotty)and a baseball bat and have complied with all of the United Nations demands on my country, Mmyersia. Eh? What would make it worth dumbing down to your level when you wouldn't take it on board any way? The whole point is it makes me feel better. The fact you don't understand it is a predictable plus at best.
