The fact is people like to talk about things they're interested in, just because you're not doesn't make them stupid.
That's one thing, Rabid, to talk about a game/movie. It's another thing to say you want to have sex with certain characters and rip apart every inch of it and point out all its faults as though you could have done better. And if you know anything about me, you know I love the video games, but not enough to debate the right system to play it on and definitely not enough to devote my life and ideas to them. All I'm saying is, there's more to life out there. It's great to have a hobby, but it's horrible to let that hobby be who you are.
I just think it's kind of stupid that someone would think they're the "only one" when there's a million of these people who devote their entire being to a certain game/movie.
