Strike me roan! If it isn't FTC 21 already. If this contest was American, it'd be able to go and have a celebratory piss-up. But obviously it can't, being an abstract concept rather than an actual person. So we should all have a drink to celebrate on its behalf.

You know the rules by now, finish the damn comic:

You may have noticed that last panel's looking a bit empty. So go on and put whatever you like in there, just make it funny!

Bonus points for:

Comics made under the influence of alcohol, in keeping with the general theme. In fact, I'll throw that open to include drugs as well.

You'll be wanting the Zinger award, but there's no dishonour in any of the other awards. Get cracking!

This is under the influence of drugs and alcohol. (sort of)

The quality is all crappy for some unattractive reason. (I can use unattractive however I want because I'm not it)
