Thank you, tiger. You didn't say "I'm new! Look at my strips and worship my funny stuff!" and you didn't wade into the fray trying to make up your own running gags right off the bat. Oh, and you didn't use all-caps in your postings. You are truly a legend, and I am not being sarcastic.

PS. I liked Nuts and Coffee, What Are They Thinking, and What Computers Do After We Leave Work, especially that third one. You have some funny in you - stick around and give it some exercise. :)

...or maybe he meant it exactly as written, and he was indicating that he was damning someone? I know that "damn" as a verb is transitive (eg. "God damned Lucifer" as oppposed to "God damned") but it could be used intrasitively to suggest a general all-round damning... maybe... *ponder*

Incidentally, Tiger, we have all been a bit funny with newcomers in recent weeks. Twice in a row we have had to endure obnoxious new people who hang around like bad smells and will not take even the least subtle of hints (eg. "FUCK OFF!") that they have not endeared themselves to the residents. We welcome to you was overstated but genuine - nice to see a newbie who doesn't act like an arsehole right off the bat.

(Yes, Gabe, I spelled "arse" with an "r", well-spotted...)

Everyone else: Sorry if I have been a bit of a bastard these last few days. I have been pretty sick with a high fever, and I don't think I was 100% myself in some of my postings. My incredible number of typos and substituted words should have been a strong hint that all was not well...

Anyway, getting better. I won't be such a prick anymore, I promise.
