zedaxax April 26, 2004 10:26 AM	Recently discovered this Forum-particularly PV first time i see people do things with grfx Are there any kind of Rules in PV? Cause it seems to do so. I posted a new topic which got deleted called "The Person Below - Warp This Image" Would like to know Why it was removed? Cheers

This refers to Comic Contests, but it applies here as well.

Can I start a contest in the Comic Contests forum?

If you have a good idea you can initiate a new type of competition (for example, the Mystery Comic Cup to the Tag Team Comic Cup). We'd suggest that you hang around for a few months and see how things work before you try that.

I couldnt find the FAQ.(but now i see it thanx)

I do not understand because
the Photoshop Valley section comes under the section
"Maybe Fun"
and Description for it is
"Photoshop Valley
Cut and paste. For fun, yo."
This type of law will scare away alot of people
and isnt grfx editing supposed to be "creative"
as in "art" as in "free"?
If this is StripCreators Forum - its should be
about Humor, going beyond, mind twist etc
not run rigidly.
I was not trying to start a new Competition, nor am i here to do so
I thought it would be great simply to Interact Visually with other grfx people.
but if it requires several months of watching what other people do....
(so i guess this thread will be removed..no?)
