Here's a PV that anyone can enter. Anyone at all.
Remember when you were little, and you used to take a pen and draw on people's faces in magazines and the like. Well, that's what I want you to do. Find a picture of someone (someone we would recognise, obviously) and draw on them like you would if you were ten years old.
Of course a little cleverness is required, and still try to make it look nice and not just a big sloppy mess.
