Ed Sullivan reacts to Buddy Rich's frantic on-air admission by moving his left elbow approximately two inches. At that precise moment, Buddy Rich suddenly realizes that if there really is a Wolf Man out there, then there might also be a Blob, and it just might be right outside the Ed Sullivan Theater as they stand there wasting precious time instead of fleeing the theater in mortal terror, screaming their lungs out.
