This isn't a caption. I'm just trying to wrap my mind around this poster. It's clearly something to do with "nostalgia," which I suppose could explain the pteranodon flying overhead. But how does this tie in with a band of half-dressed mariachis doffing their hats in order to cover their genitalia? Is it some bygone Mexican ritual of modesty? Such an assemblage of weiners must be of cosmic significance, as the heavens behind them are torn asunder with lightning. And a pteranodon.
