People who have donated should be able to make two panel comics now by using this URL. This feature's still in testing so there may be bugs and changes to the layout as I find glitches.

Also happy holidays to everyone and thanks to everybody who contributed to the site in 2004. There should be some cool additions in 2005.

This is pretty cool. I would love to see one panels and even sunday-size seven panels, though I can see why the latter would prove problematic.

Thanks, Bradley!

One panels will happen but I have to iron out some bugs first. Sunday size I just don't even know how that would work.

This is the bestest Christmas EVAR!!!

I love this idea. So much I want to cry. Looks like I'd better make good on my threats to donate again.

Believe it or not, I've never actually seen the first Scanners. I've only seen the sequel, and even that was a while back.

err I meant to say "4 panels could be a square, 2x2", I guess 6 panels could be a cube but that'd be stupid.

With 20 panels we could make an icosahedron.

Is the world ready for that much comic genius in one Platonic solid?

Yeah, Brad, when do we get the triangular panels? Or at least diagonal splitters, so we can fold 10 panels into 20?

Also, we need circular panels so we can pay homage to the undying genius that is Bil Keane.

What...?

The sequels, in which David Cronenberg did not participate, aren't very good. For some reason (bad scriptwriting, most likely), the scanners suddenly possess telekinetic powers, so that they can make inanimate objects fly around instead of just being able to manipulate peoples' minds and bodies. The only really good thing about SCANNERS II is that it has Isabelle Mejias in it.

Scanner Cop, now THERE'S a movie. Check your local bump ass video store for more.

I'd personally like to have a zero panel comic, that way your imagination does all the work, not like kids today with their three panels and their two panels. Faa. Spoiled.

I'm holding out for three dimensional comic boxes.

Then, when the world's got me down, I could crawl into

I think one panel comics are next.

Though I honestly can't say I wouldn't mind a book length panel.

God knows how that is possible.

I click on Withling's name and what appears above his famed "You've Got Cancer" comic? A banner ad for Cedars Sinai Medical Center and thier "gamma knife" cancer treatment.

Comic genius meets marketing "genius".

Is they any way for a donor to update a 3-panel comic as a 2-panel, other than scrapping it and starting over? (It's in the middle of a series.)
