Back in the early days, DexX and felion had a few strips with cat and dog haiku in them. I think haiku are a natural choice because their dimensions are constrained, same as Strip Creator comics. Limericks could work too. I'm sure there are a few around.

But all of this talk is decidedly non-hateful! We need to get back on track.

DexX September 22, 2001 4:52 AM	Personally, I think that restricting haikus to the familiar 5-7-5 pattern, as opposed to a nebulous seventeen syllables or less with a mention of a season and a dramatic pause after the first line might be a good idea. Can I get a "Fuck yeah!"? Official haikus, Dramatic pause plus season, I prefer our ones.
