The blame falls squarely on the Border Patrol and Coast Guard for not intercepting these meteorological terrorists before they come into the country.

DiHidgrogen Monoxide is a dangerous thing when it gets into the wrong hands. Clearly, these terrorist hurricanes are getting their supplies from the gulf smuggling ring and using warm air to transport it into our country to bring forth destruction and terror. When will the government shut this ring down? They have known the source of these weapons for years and still do nothing. Meteorologists have warned them continually. But yet they still sit on their hands, pretending they have no way of taking care of it until after the fact.
