That's because when you click on the link it automatically tries to e-mail it through MS Outlook. If Outlook isn't set up on your computer, you will always get that message. Best thing to do is to right click and copy shortcut instead of clicking to e-mail Brad. Open up your email and paste the shortcut, then remove the "mailto:" bullcrap on the front.
