- Found group of "users" behind dumpster in alley. Had eyes like diseased puppies, and their stench was also similar.
When they saw me (had caught them in their filthy act, one man helping a rangy-looking woman "tie off", presumably for heroin injection) one barked, "Get out've here!" the other, "Please help..." in a tired voice. They interupted each other, realized their mistake, locked eyes and after a pause began to cackle, hyena-like.
No party fully understood the joke.
Walked on, leaving them to their pestilence. Still had sour taste in mouth several hours after.
