So, has anyone else tried that thing where you synch up a Dark Side of the Moon CD with a The Wizard of Oz movie?

It works pretty well for the first 20 minutes or so.
If you're interested, here are instructions on how to do it:
DSotM and WoO Synch

The best pure synch likely would be the original vinyl of DSotM and whatever version of Oz was available at the time Pink Floyd was recording the album. The 50th anniversary edition of Oz came out about 16 years too late.

cpausti February 13, 2006 7:44 AM	I tried the Dark Side of the Rainbow thing, it worked very well for me. There was a list of things that match up online, but we forgot to keep checking it because the movie/music combo was so good.

With that said though, if you keep a CD on a continuous loop through the whole movie, near the end when the Cowardly Lion is singing his song at the Emerald City it does match up pretty well with Money.
