Comic commenting is online for donors. If you have "allow comic comments" checked in your account settings other donors should be able to comment on your comics.

I'm still working on a way to let users track their latest comic comments. I've been having a hard time finding the time to tackle that one and thought I might as well throw what I have done online.

So all those brilliant comments I typed haven't shown up yet?

And is this only donors can comment on donors or is it donors can comment on everyone?

Anyone who allows comic commenting and I believe non-donors have that option as well.

I have left a comment on a comic and it showed up instantly.

GREAT feature!

A couple of questions though; How will the 'mark as offensive/spam' link be used, how will it be enforced, and what are the definitions of each?

Also will this work on the understanding that this feature is to be used to comment on the specific comic only, not the user (mainly in regards to negative comments).

Am I on crack? I don't see those links...

I still like the idea of a comics' owner being able to delete undesireable comments. I know there's a lot of trouble going around with people begging you to delete their user comments; why compound your problems?

It's the little exclamation mark next to the comment.

Right now when someone clicks on the exclamation mark and reports a comment, I get a message with the report so I can look into it.

Well, how the feature works will be up to the users, but the author of the comic should be able to delete any comments they don't approve of, so I hope it'd be pointless for people to do that kind of junk.

Is it not showing a delete link for comments on your comics? It should be in there, maybe I screwed it up.

I might've jumped the gun. I can't find any of my own comics with comments -- if indeed there are any -- so I don't know if I see the button or not.

Anyway, kudos on your proactive approach.

Not a big deal, but I notice comic comments do not show up when someone makes a set of other people's comics. Just putting that out there. Doesn't really bother me.

And I also don't know what permalinking means.

Hey Brad, how about some way to list what comics have comments?

You can search any user's comic comments here.

Hrm, only two comments.

That's depressing.
