First of all, mine were called Reality Adventures, he has named his Reality Comics. A bit of a rip off there, but once you read a few more, it's almost a total ripoff of my story, right down to the characters.

What I'm saying is, surely there should be rule against copying other people's work.

There are rules about it. It's called plagiarism, and under the right circumstances is punishable by a fine a jail time.

There have been several idea thieves on this site, and aside from pointing them out and telling them to stop, there really isn't anything anyone can do. You've pointed him out. Ask him to stop. If he doesn't, well, keep making it known that he's a talentless hack that has to steal ideas from other people. You've got the dates on the comics to prove you had the idea first, so it's not like he has anything in his defense.

i would feel bad for you if he had stolen something that was actually funny or interesting.

still plagiarism is a terrible thing and i for one feel he should be dragged into the street, beaten, and shot. in that order.
