There are all sorts of technicalities that really really suck. One for instance, is that in order for me to do the five days of annual training I have scheduled for next week, I need to get a room at the base I'll be working at. But I can't get a room without having orders saying I'm supposed to be there for the specific dates, even though I'm on a roster of personnel to be working at said base for said dates. And I have yet to receive my orders.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to come up with some inane and ridiculous technicalities, or about things resulting from technicalities. Bonus points if you can do it in one panel. I'll judge this contest on the 15th, when I'm supposed to be back from my duty.

The technicality that keeps you from winning is article 47J-6A of the contest judging handbook: "RandomComicLayoutGuy is not allowed to win contests unless all other entries are unsuitable for a win."

So you lose on a technicality unless you win on a technicality.

Well, that time has come. It came down to a tie between these two comics:

I had to push this thing into extra innings, but it was a close win for BigFrank by two large insertions and a moneyshot.

Take it away, BigFrank, and don't forget it's your turn to clean up the mess.

always the fluffer, never the guy delivering pizza to the sorority house.

but i assure you, as first runner up i'll be ready and waiting if Frank finds he can't fulfill his duties because he accidentally got hit over the head with a piano and locked in my trunk

"Big Frank?  BIG FRANK??" he said, over and over, in that voice reminiscent of Jim Mora saying, "Playoffs?  PLAYOFFS??"  hehehehe

Whoa! Whoaaaaaaa... I didn't bother checking this thing out until today and I found out that I freakin' WON! Well thanks, HC. And sorry about the delay... I'll definitely think of a contest by tonight.
