Humpenstein January 25, 2007 4:29 PM	If I had the power to make 1 law, it would be no clothes for females on weekdays. Unfortunately, I don't have that power, but you do. For this CC make a comic about the law you would pass if you had the power to do so. -No photoshop and no series Aside from that have at. I'll probably judge this bad boy in about a week or so, so make sure you enter before then!

Lots of good entrees in this competition. 1 entree stood out more than others, due to how awful it was. Congratulations El Phen for taking dead last, even behind everyone who didn't enter. The comics that I thought were funniest were Mandingo's CC346: law and order, Mandingo's CC346: Pass a law, make a wish, Niteowl's CC346: Good Call, and Scyess's CC346 Petition the Game &Wildlife Comission.

But like Highlander, there can only be one.

Congratulations MANDINGO with "Pass a law, make a wish".
