Some of my favourite strips on this here site involve the parodying of motion pictures, and so I have decided to make this the theme for this comic competition.

You can do any film related strip you like, from boiling a films plot down to three panels, doing deleted scenes, generally taking the piss out of the movie, simple references to flicks, use of dialogue, characters, ribbing actors, etc.

I was thinking of doing an 80s themed contest to take that decade down a peg or two, so bonus points, large shoulder pads, and bad hair styles may be awarded if you choose a film from that era.

I will allow up to two examples of previous work for those that have already struck comedy gold in this field, but would appreciate some new stuff aswell.

Judging will be in about a weeks time. Enjoy.

I set the limit because I know there are a lot of good movie comics on here, and Ive read most of them so I wanted people to cherry pick their best ones, as well as to encourage some new comics.

Im not going to be strict about it, so ne worries.

Oh, my god. Oh, my god. I´m so sorry. (sobb) This moment is so much bigger than me. This is for Tobor, Tardboy and Finkelman, christopher7murphy, 100Faces, RandomComicLayoutGuy and Jesus. If I can do it you can do it. Something has been opened this night but I´m not sure if it´s a door. (double sobb) And I thank The Governor for choosing me to be the vessel through which His blessing may flow ... hmm, I´m not sure if I like how that sounds. (triple sobb) I just want to clarify that The Governor did not ... I mean that I did not ... (muffled by orchestra music)

Apart from that give me a day or two to think up a new contest. Thank you.
