Tell me if I should make #3 and what I could do to make it better and any thoughts or questions.

Should I use different characters next time?? I'm kinda getting bored of these, but I'm not sure if it'll be confusing or something

Its all up to you man, id keep it the same for the series, just so it seems like an instructional video acted out.

Is a Gilfriend a sugar mama you meet while playing final fantasy?

I think these are pretty good.  The "faster than" non-sequiturs don't really work, I think, and this particular comic didn't hit the "good" rating for me only because you couldn't type out whatever the hell "BFF" stands for.  (A comic is not a text message.)

But otherwise I like the series.  Don't forget you owe us two more!

BFF is the correct way to use it.

oh sorry typo!! I should double check more, I usually don't because I rarely make any spelling mistakes! Oh well, I'll put Double check everything before sending on my to-do list :)

Well I wrote bff because most girls don't say "Oh she's my Best Friend Forever"... they just say, "Oh she's my BFF"

and I also put BFF and the line where she said "______ told _______  who told me"

because your typical girlfriend would be like that, involved in school gossip and using words like OMG! or BFF and BTW (i'm not saying all girlfriends are like that, stereotypes are)

Granted I don't hang around middle schools very often, but I've never heard anyone say "she's my Bee eff eff!"  If I had, I would probably be on trial for murder right now.

So if people do in fact actually say that, ignore my comment and accept my apology in the form of a rose you can lay on the grave of eloquent speech.

I tink the use of BFF is pretty mainstream culture and isn't at all only for a middle school crowd. I'm actually embarassed for you after reading your two posts on the matter. No offense or anything. I still respect you as an individual. I just think you may be a tad out of touch. No offense.

No worries.

I probaably am out of touch with mainstream culture.  My favorite TV show is still Law & Order; in fact it's the only show I watch.  However, I do watch movies and I haven't seen that language in any of them.  My friends are familiar with popular culture to various degrees but I've never known any of them to speak in abbreviations unless they're referencing companies (such as AIG or KVC or "B" (Boeing)).

Anyway.  I'll believe that people speak in text message abbrivations when I hear it for myself.  And they will continue to sound stupid, anyway... and look stupid in writing.  If everyone suddently decided it was attractive to wear your pant waist around your knees, would you do that, too?

Er... never mind that last point.

I think the problem is that you don't have a BFF :(.

To me I only hear the letters BFF, OMG and some other ones in very few comics, on chat sites and when texting although they are sometimes in forums as well. Like this one.

Oh and i liked that clip for an ad about text messaging seanator. It proved that people do speak with it but some of it is a bity too weird (not BFF or OMG but more like NBD or whatever it was they had said in the youtube clip.

In my opinion, I think that's very unntractive if a guy does that. It's also against the school dress code and Very Unsafe. For example, there was this one boy that did that and he was running to his next class (he was late) and he triped and broke his leg (I am very serious) all we heard was his scream and the ambulance of course!

Anyway, I'LL HOPEFULLY FINISH THE 3RD STRIP BY TODAY :)

I agree with this. It's bad enough when kids do that in text messages, but if I hear someone say BFF, LOL, WTF or anything of that ilk in verbal speech I will punch them in the cunt/dick. It just sounds ignorant. I truly fear for the future of society when the non-word "w00t" is made "word" of the year by Websters(no, I won't get over it).

I feel compelled to mention here that on those rare occasions when I send text messages, they are free of those pathetic abbreviations.  (Yay, T9.)  I aim for proper punctuation, too, but punctuating stuff is annoying with my phone so I sometimes let that slide.
