You know it had to happen...

The rules: Using the two images below, make a new image in PhotoShop or a similar package. Your image must use a recognisable piece from each picture, and may include graphics from any other source. Post you pic here in this thread once you're done. In 48 hours I will decide which I like the best, and this winner will be the judge for contest number two, changing the rules as he or she sees fit, and providing source images for us to use for our editing.

As I said, you are not limited to these two. You just have to use a piece from each. The rest of your picture can come from any source you care to use. For those who are new to this, you can save those images to your hard drive by right-clicking on each of them in turn and selecting "Save Picture".

Around about midday on Monday, SC.com time, I'll pick the winner. One last note - try to keep your pic under 50KB. We don't want this thread to take too long for the poor dialup users (ie. me) to download.

I figured that, since I am unlikely to ever win one of these, I should get my chance at judging by initiating the whole thing. Oh, a new idea I just had - perhaps with each contest, the judge can request images from others. It would make for some interesting combos.

I loved all of them (though perhaps Nate's was a _tad_ lacking in the imagination department) and I am having trouble picking a winner. At the risk of being lynched by The Perm, I think I am going to have to hand victory to...

Gabe's was probably funnier, but Spank's was very... uh... different. The animated version nearly had me on the floor from laughter. An honourable mention must go to itsclark, whose image is very clever, and a very surprising departure from the source images.

I almost coughed up a biscuit when I saw the donkey with the lovely hair! But thanks – obviously including a curvaceous woman as part of the graphic held some sway with the judge.

I’ll hunt up a couple pix and start a new one shortly. I would have asked people to turn my picture into Spankling, but guessing gabe had me beat I already did that in the discussion forum.
