Hi, first of all can I ask you to go see my comics in the "Read My Damn Comics" forum. And I would like you to tell me what you think of my six comics (My other two are in the Burma Shave comic competion thread)

And second of all, let me just tell you a few things, as you can guess from my comics and name I'm a very Retro person. You can also tell that I'm a big fan of the Rat Packers. I'm also a Carpenters fan, and there will probably be more comics about them later. My main Retro stuff are going to be music (acutally all eight comics have been about music) I also like old movies (The classics, Star Wars, It's a Wonderful Life and other greats) And I consider most things after 1990 too modern for me. Oh and are my comics too old for you?

Nostalgia Man, the Read My Damn COmics forum is there for a reason - we got sick of the general discussion thread being clogged up by newbies telling everyone to read their strips. You've posted there, you haven't received a huge reaction, okay, shit happens...

By posting here again, and on an inappropriate forum, you are not only wasting Brad's bandwidth but are repeating yourself and risking the wrath of the regulars. Don't. Big smacks.

They're too old for me (14), I only got the Jacko one. I found the Sammy Davis Jnr. and Dean Martin one funny, but probably for the wrong reasons.

Trust me Nost_Man you won't want to post things like this here again, I've been there, and I still haven't got out of that hole, probably because my comics weren't good in the first place. You did say Read my comics, but also said something about yourself, maybe this was to think you could get away with it. ^tool^ has sort of done it by saying hi, but not saying read my comics like you did.

Oh and Clark I love that "You are here" thing, suits me dad whose recently stepped over the 60's mark.

I was going to say, as one of the youngest of the sc.com community, yadda yadda yadda, but it turns out there are people WAY younger than I anticipated (Bazilla). Anyway, I understood most of your references, I just didn't find them amusing. For this and other discriminatory comments like this, please return to the "Read My Comics" Forum. That's why it's there.

Some of the references the others use in this community go over my head, but yours didn't. Don't think you have to play down to us. We have our Oxford English dictionaries at our side at all times.

I didn't just want to burst into the forums without saying anything, so thought I'd say hi. I had to make some conversation, instead of just telling you about me, incase you are the sort of people that don't care. I laughed for quite a long time at seeing that timeline Itsclark, It's very true to me! Allow me to make myself at home, and to learn everything about you and what happens here, (maybe I should of just hiden and watched you for a week before coming), ah well.
