It seems our leerless feeder may soon be whoring out Stripcreator to crass commercial interests. As if he doesn't have gobs and gobs of money as it is! Granted its all Canadian play money but still... The point is, Stripcreator will soon be awash in banner ads, pop-up ads, animated flash ads, cookies that scan your comics for clues to your demographic, and so forth. Brad has as much as said so! See for yourself! Clearly, we must lash out against intrusive commercialism by striking PH33R into the hearts of advertisers with out L33T editing skills.

In that spirit, I submit these three ads to your tender mercies. Alter one or more of them in such a way as to make the featured product (or an entirely fictional one of your own devising) seem even more rediculous. Inspiration can be found here. You aren't limited to these samples... use any ad you like. But then please provide a link to the original, unaltered ad so I can appreciate the true extent of your mad skillz0rs.

Judging will be Monday night. Show no mercy.

Bazilla, you can say nice things about them, just don't say that I'm going to win. That's the jinx -- saying I'll win.

Here is another one. I'm not sure if this can count because it's based on one of the parodies I did a few years ago. I figured it would be entertaining, anyway.

That is what I like to see Kajun, nice to know you know how to use your punctuation. Though you could do with a full stop after "Dad was flammable".

I loved every one of these entries (or should I say entrees). I laugh every time I look at Spank's pic, with the fork whimsically stuck in the bleeding head of a smiling beast. Props to Skagg as well -- not just everyone would think to serve up shit on a bed of crisp lettuce (or is it kale?)

But for me it was a toss-up between Boorite and Fuzzyman. I am in awe of both of these scary talents. Boorite's karate poster and machiavellian review guide excelled both in viciousness and hilarity, while Fuzzyman's "Wirthlingware" and "Dipsy for Dinner" were ahead in terms of quality. I searched carefully for any detail that could help me decide a winner, and found it in the bottle of Mad Dog in Boorite's McDonald's ad. I decided that this is a sick, sick man, and that it might be dangerous not to humor him with a victory. Besides, when Andy suggested that Fuzzy would win it caused me to re-evaluate his work far more negatively. :D

Seriously funny shit all around, guys! Thanks for playing. Its Boo's ball now.

So close to the Comic Cup / Comic Contest / Photo-Edit Contest Triple Crown...

...and yet so far away! :-)

Nice job, boorite. I think an axiom to the "Don't say I'm doing to win" theory is "Whenever Fuzzyman thinks he has it in the bag, boorite will kick his ass."

Hey, Kajun... maybe "Don't say I'm going to win." is my catchphrase.

um....not that I'm not interested, but I don't know what that has to do with me really.

I think you may be mistaking me with fuck, who started the catchphrase thread.

Actually, I just need to win a Comic Cup to earn the triple crown...

perhaps Dougan will accept bribes.
