Stripcreator was down for about 36 hours due to transitional pains as our host relocates. Things should be fine now, but if there are any further problems, please e-mail or ICQ me. Thanks to everyone who wrote in to let me know of the issue.

Do you prefer we e-mail you at your lowpass or stripcreator Address, I probably would've done the latter though wasn't sure at the time if it was .com or .net?

Any time there is a problem, I avoid sending an e-mail, as I'm sure that at least 5 or 6 regulars will do it anyway.

It's not that I'm lazy, it's just that I know how annoying it is when you are trying to fix something and people keep coming up and telling you the problem.

Yeah, I do think about that, though also think others might be thinking that and then Brad never finds out. Plus sometimes I'm not sure whether it's the site or my crappy computer which is what I ask.

It doesn't matter what address you send it to me on. brad@lowpass.net, brad@stripcreator.com, brad@bradsucks.net all go to the same place.

I find I actually don't get very many e-mails telling me when something's down. Sometimes I get none. This time I got one e-mail and one ICQ and then when it got fixed I got a whole bunch of "Glad it's back up!" e-mails and ICQ'ss.

I assume this is everyone being very polite, but I honestly don't mind getting lots of "Stripcreator's down." e-mails. It makes it easier to determine immediately if it's a problem one person's having or if it's a real site issue.

But I do check the site often (though less often on the weekend), so I'll notice eventually regardless.

I wrote mine on a piece of human skin in blood and affixed it to your apartment door with a knife. I hope that was ok, too.

Well, I'll be sure to post you a flaming bag of crap, every time I notice anything slightly odd on this site, so, if Bazilla makes another series, you can expect me to turn up in person and punch you in the face.

Oh, here's a good rule of thumb: if the site's just not responding, wait an hour before complaining. There are often crazy DNS outages in the Inter-Net that neither I or my host have any control over. If you get any sort of message, like the database throwing up or whatever, you can e-mail me right away. And if you have some sort of insult you want me to read, make sure it's in the subject because I often begin to skim in times of crisis.

Brad had to dump his host and get a new one. It sounds like this one should be permanent, though. We'll see.

Oh, by the way, getting a new host cost him some money. Throw a buck or two in the plate as it passes by, please.
