Actually, what he says is that black people, by and large, are self-respecting, hard-working folks who have to put up with self-stated "niggers" who basically sit about acting out every lazy-assed, stealin', dope running, illiterate, violent, useless motherfucker stereotype that was ever ascribed to black people in general by racists. And it's hilarious. Almost all crimes perpetrated upon blacks such as assault, theft, robbery and rape are perpetrated by other blacks. He's sick of it. He's telling his brothers and sisters to stop leaning on the lowest expectations that society has for them and using skin colour as an excuse.
He takes a shot at "Broke-assed, livin' in a trailer home, eatin' mayonnaise sandwiches, fuckin' they sister, listening to John Cougar Mellencamp records" white trash, too.
Chris Rock is brilliant and funny and he speaks what's on his mind. What more do you want from a court jester?
