How about a search field that allows a word search by author.

For instance, say I want to find all comics boorite did that has the word "soul" in it. If I enter soul in the current search, it maxes the 50 out over just the last month, since it's a common word. So I never get to see all of boorite's "soul" comics.

But if I could specify author, I could see all of an author's strips containing a common word without maxing out the 50. (The exception being gabe's "wirthling sucks".)

It would also be interesting to be able to search by character. Searching for comics that use beeguy1, for example. You could also expand it to comics that search for more than one field at once, such as searching for all comics with beeguy1 that use the word "formication." Just a thought. 8)

I think it would be cool to be able to search
by color. For example, any of DexX's comics
that have the color blue in them. Or any of
bunnerabb's comics with black or white.

I agree with Obi's suggestion, all the other ones are just silly.

I think the main improvement that I would suggest the search function needs most would be multi-page results, and no limit on numbers.

...and if it could give me a handjob, that would be totally sweet too.
