I read through your work, and well a couple made me smile, but at the same time I think, using the old teaching adage, you "could do better". Theres potential there, I liked cloning around, but I feel some of the jokes dont work, or Ive seen them done before, or maybe could have worked better (low budget films ones for example is a good idea but Ive seen it done funnier, there is a film in 3 panels thread on here somewhere, Im sure a thread monkey will track it down for you, have a gander and see what you think)
Don't be disheartened, you are on the right track, continue your quest for the funny. If you build it they will come.

Out of the latest lot, I loved "Jesus the Vampire slayer", the "you've got mail on a low budget", "Do the mario", and kudos on the Zero Wing ref.
and you're right the set up on "letter to satan" was worth it :)

I think you're definitely hitting your stride. i liked "Crime in the Big City" and the Memento homage.

This forum is a hive of scum, villany, and shitty comics. That being said, you don't belong in here, because you make funny comics, don't appear to be a villian, and don't seem to be that scummy.
