Official Mystery Comic Cup 2 Signup

Sign up here for Mystery Comic Cup 2. The first 16 people who sign up are in. If we don't get 16 then I will chop it down to the first 8.

In order to enter, you must also submit a rule for a round with your entry post. I may participate myself, and I will do my best to ensure that usage of the rules is random. I hope you trust me.

I'm also looking for a regular to take over for brief periods. There will be a few long periods this month where I won't have access to a computer, and I want to keep this thing humming right along.

Rules:

People participating in the Cup will vote for the best comic in each round.
Revelation of your identity does not disqualify you anywhere along the way.
All participants will reveal their identities at the end.
Feel free to confirm or deny your identity if someone guesses it, but personally I think it's more fun if we reveal at the end.
If I find anyone has entered under multiple identities, all of their identities will be disqualified from further competition. Don't fuck with me, or I will chop off your head and have Tobor cornhole the stump.

For you n00bs who didn't quite get the idea....

You need to create an alternate identity to enter this contest.

I'm not accepting signups from any IDs that have already created comics. Those would be "existing itentities," not "alternate identities."

I suppose I should have explained this, but I guess the concept of a Mystery Comic Cup is not clear to people who haven't been around here a while.
