If you can get into it. It kicks me out as soon as I get in or it says disconnected. Is this a problem on my end?

"IRC server actually unreachable" is a popular one. Also, I've had it disconnect me after I finally do reach the chat area after only a few seconds, at which point it just says "disconnected!" It seems to have a lot of personality when it does it, and personality goes a long way.

Sadly, this is where my computer ignorance is glaring. I'm not sure about the firewall and all that good business. I can say that I've been able to get in in the past. I've tried it with UNIX and without, and it remains disconnected. I would ask a coworker but I think it might be a little too obvious that i wasn't doing my job.

Mine only says "disconnected!" when my ISP decides to die. Is that anything like what's happening to you?
