| Sure its very easy. First you have to make the headings which ar TO in capitalize and then two tabs, after that you put who the memo is for. | |

| Next you double enter and do the same thing but with the words FROM and say who it from. Then DATE with the date after that, then the subject. After that type the memo and your done! | |
