	so you're saying that all of the entitlements and social programs are gone? we'd actually have to raise more money?


	not exactly, but we'd have to squeeze so many programs that no congressman could get any pork at all.


	so what? don't they have term limits anyway? get new ones in.


	we've tried. but unless they can deliver pork, they'll get no big corporate sponsors.


	we're actually running out of rich people.
