Frankenstein is sucessful in bringing the dead back to life but, is horrified at what he has achieved and runs out of the appartment.

Frankenstein comes back to the apartment to find it empty and can't find the monster anywhere. He feels terrible setting a monster loose upon his fellow men.

The Monster escapes with Frankenstein's coat and finds fire and realizes its potential to help and destroy.
