Chen, the senior management team have ordered that you spend 2 hours a day doing efficency analysis of our department to optimise output.
But I'm already working efficiently enough to do my work as well as yours. Spending 2 hours a day on analysis will only decrease my efficiency.
That's not the point Chen, we need the innovative efficency practices I've implemented to be visible to my superiors.
What innovative efficiency practices? You make me do all your work while you think up new ways to torture me.
